It is not often that you find someone who genuinely cares about you and the positive outcome of your situation/case. Richard is one of those rare finds. Needed a criminal defense attorney and received a great recommendation for Blevins & Hong. The office staff was so helpful and Mr. Blevins was a great attorney. He was able to get the case dropped down from a felony to a misdemeanor. Very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Great office to work with. Highly recommended!!!!!

Mr. Blevins really helped me through a situation, I was not really sure how to handle the situation. But he made it pain free. I was in a car accident that was not my fault and had many phone calls from different insurance companies, about the accident and everyone that was involved. Terrified they would some how make this my fault. I contacted Mr. Blevins he walked me through what needed to be done. Kept me very informed through the different acts that was taken by email and by phone. ( That is hard to come by these day.) Normally you only talk to a secretary or a machine. But he was really hands on with every letter and action that was taken. By the end of the case he told me about money that I was intitled to that i would not have even knew about if it had not been for his help. I received several injuries from the accident he made my experience worry free for my family and I. During this time that was the last thing we needed to be worrying about. Thank you Richard.

Saved Me Thousands in Insurance I was recently caught speeding in a construction zone. Some people may not realize that if you are found guilty of this violation, it results in points on your license which significantly increases your insurance rates. Phil Holloway answered all of my questions and even calmed me down when I needed it. I never had to go to court before and was petrified. Mr. Holloway eliminated that requirement and got my ticket reduced to a warning. Money for a lawyer (especially this Law Firm) is well spent when your violation will increase your insurance rates. PHIL IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Phil Halloway is the best Criminal/DUI defense attorney in Cobb County. Most other attorneys, even those that say they are 'DUI Experts", will only cast gloom and doom on you and tell you to plead guilty. They will not vigorously represent and defend you like Phil does. The others will tell you that you have no case and to plead guilty but NOT Phil. He will defend you to the end and you will know it. I have also used Phil for someCivil matters and he does a phenomenal job. Without a doubt the best attorney in Cobb County.
