As a community mentor I work with teenagers and young adults who are striving to break self sabotaging habits and pull their lives together. That paradigm shifting transition is oftentimes a rocky road wrought with daunting legal challenges. Given these unsavory and unavoidable norms, I’m grateful I’ve had the support and expertise of The Waltman Firm to fight on behalf of my mentees. Holly Waltman has been an infinitely passionate advocate and a source of judgment-free legal guidance to all whom I place in her expert care. I was referred to Holly by another attorney for her expertise. I called and spoke to someone in the office that took my information and within a short time Holly called to discuss with me my matter. She did not rush through my call or my explaining of my request. She answered my questions and asked more insightful questions to determine the next steps. We set a plan of what I needed to do and get to her and she set a clear time table and schedule to talk again. She called me almost exactly at the time she said she was going to call based upon our scheduling. I saw almost exactly because she called 3 minutes early which I was impressed with attorney's usually being very busy and behind in my past experience. She educated me and we took the next steps based upon her advice. She gave me good counsel and was more concerned with my goals then billable hours or extending things to drag it longer than it needed to be. Her professionalism and wisdom have earned my business.

I found myself in a pickle just before the holidays and was made adware that the police wanted to question me. All my family and friends told me it would in my best interest to go to the police department asap. Instead, I left a message on The Waltman Firms vice mail box. Holly called me back in just a few minutes. I really wish I wasn't in a situation where I needed a lawyer. However, Holly was very upfront, attentive, and compassionate. I felt so much weight off my chest after speaking with her. We had made arrangements to go to the police station together the following Monday, and the case was dropped.
