I was in a situation where I suffered from ignorance. I knew nothing and could have been sold anything. However a Mrs.Gannon ( an associate at the company ) Told me in a matter of two phone calls that I did not need to obtain their services and gave me a few quick tips. Instead of taking advantage of me she gave me an advantage and I really appreciate that.

Phyllis did an amazing job with a case over 20 years old. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and was able to pull of an outcome that 3 other attorneys had tried in the last 5 years prior. That had very good communication and kept me updated on everything. I highly recommend Phyllis.
