I shouldn’t have to keep checking in for status updates. Case has been proceeding for nearly 2 yrs. If it was someone Important to them, this case would’ve been settled months ago. Overall, I’m 50/50 about them. Almost a catch 22. Very nice and informative when we speak, but it’s when we speak lol every 3 months

She is not corresponding with inmates that are locked up,Ronnie Warren has been locked up for 2 years for traffic violations with no bond or lawyer correspondence.

Joseph was my attorney for a criminal case I had in paulding county. Since I was from out of state he handled everything with the prosecutor before I ever stepped a foot into court, so I only had to appear one time and did not have to pay for multiple flights. Joseph made me feel comfortable thru the entire process and relieved so much of my stress that I had for months before finding him. I'm highly appreciative of him for getting my felony dropped. Got appointed Joe Saul as my Public Defender for a case in Cobb County, GA when I live all the way down in Clearwater, FL. He ALWAYS stayed in contact & updated me on what was going on. Even if I had to call him after I got off work, as late as almost 10PM! He reached out to everyone he could & filed all the motions he was able to & did not stop emailing & calling people until he got answers. He was preparing to take the case to trial instead of insisting on me taking a deal like most PD’s tend to do. There was no deal I was willing to take for a charge I did not do but the prosecutor was not giving it up, neither did Joe. In the end he got the entire case, all 3 charges, DROPPED! Something we didn’t even think was an option!!! I only had to appear in court 1 time! Ive never had a better public defender! It seemed like he really knew how messed up my whole situation was & even when I was frustrated & might have not been the nicest, he still leveled with me & understood. I 100% recommend him as a public defender and a hired attorney! Thank you!!!!

I seeked out Joseph Saul for my case based on a referral and am so thankful for his hard work. My case was rightfully dismissed today thanks to his hard work and dedication!

Just want to inform those who are in search of a criminal lawyer to ask as many questions as possible and to know that the final outcome more than likely will not be exactly as what the lawyers present to you or your family. The end result seems trickery in that the judge more than likely will give more time during the sentencing phase. And during this phase, my son who was represented by this attorney, my son said, this attorney walked out of court and didn't say goodbye to him or wish him any best wishes during his long prison sentence. Also, this firm should be more clear on how the plea-deal process works--that it is setup more like a Bench trial with the judge having the final say on how much time the accused will have to serve. Also, this firm should have practice sessions with the client before court on how to respond to the judge in court or better yet, advise the client that he/she has a constitutional right to plead the 5th and not speak at all as by doing so, the client may cause more harm to his/her case. If one takes a plea deal--then , in my family's opinion, there is no further need to explain or answer any questions about the case; otherwise, the client may piss the judge off and get more time. The whole process seems like a game of chess--gambling with your loved one's life! If I had known that the plea-deal process was actually like a trial , I would not have missed my son's court date for nothing in the world--I thought it would be a matter of my son signing paperwork, but I was definitely wrong. Family members, show up to your loved one's plea deal court date because, it is actually a trial with the judge, a Bench trial. And the judge will ask, "Where is your family?" Know that your presence makes a world of difference.
