When we discovered my wife's elderly parents had misplaced their Wills Sarah immediately met with them in their home to prepare new up to date Wills and Power of Attorneys that comply with current revised law. Sarah expedited the entire process of the Legal and Estate Planning to avert any problems occurring due to their physical weakness, health and frailty as a result of their late age. Sarah knows this type of law and brought up issues we had not considered and directed our choices to the right path all while not taking advantage of us charging high legal fees. She was a pleasure to work with and most importantly handled our parents kindly. My wife we so impressed we asked her to review our Wills, POA's and Trusts to find out our after 10 years these no longer compiled with Georgia Law. Her fees where more than fair and she even saved us redoing our Wills by adding language in a codicil saving even more money. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! I had been putting off getting a will because it can seem daunting, but Sarah made the entire process so easy. From providing an overview of what we'd do with clear pricing before we even met, to fitting into our schedule by coming to our house, and even giving us 'cheat-sheets' to explain in clear language what each legal document was about. I suggest everyone get a will, and I highly recommend working with Sarah White.

Sarah was excellent with our estate planning. We were able to revise our wills, update our power of attorneys and get our health plans squared away. We met with her initially at her office. She sent us our drafts to proof read, I emailed her my corrections and we went in for the signing of the documents and walked out with our packet, made copies for family members, and took them straight to our safety deposit box.
