We have such a simple situation I strongly considered a DIY on line will and POA kit, but, well, I'm lazy and those on line "interviews" aren't really all that easy or simple. To do it correctly you are required to go find witnesses and notaries and other admin type people. LawyerSarah was the third estate planning attorney we interviewed. Two pushed trusts that were five times the price of a simple will. I intuitively knew I was being hustled. I asked LawyerSarah with a innocent tone if she thought I needed a trust. She said she'd be happy to put me in a trust but she said that I really didn't need one. She's honest, straightforward and accommodating. If only she was a plumber too.

She’s easy to talk to, explains things well if we can’t speak legalese fluently. Our documents were handled with delicacy and speed and she gave us outstanding referrals for other attorneys in different fields that then also proved outstanding.
