I would highly recommend Thomas and his team to anyone with legal trouble. He was professional, attentive, and always responded promptly with any questions or concerns I had regarding my case. He made me feel comfortable moving forward as well as being honest throughout the whole process so I knew exactly what I was facing and I never came to court thinking I didn’t know what was going on. He kept me informed every step of the way as well as provided me with the best possible outcome for my case. Long story short, my experience with this firm and Thomas was awesome!

Thomas and his staff were extremely punctual and accessible. They answered all calls and texts. He is the most professional lawyer I’ve ever had in my life and I have had a lot. I had a public defender previously on this case and he was talking about prison time, after hiring Thomas and his staff at Freedom Lawyers, he negotiated my sentence down to 6 days served and kept my license after 3 DUIs. They worked miracles and were definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

This is a very prideful attorney on the wrong side. First I have went with a better attorney so I am represented but as one who does public community works I feel my duty to share that when you stand up and express the lack of communication concerning the failure to handle my case properly putting the wrong date on my medical records, but also the mishandling of my 7 year old case, then the decision to decide in the end of treatment not to continue to represent us was simply wrong. Not only this but being accepted by another firm, (J Sanders), it was revealed that the treatment I was receiving, this firm (Nichols) put the wrong date on my Medicial records and I am now in a position where none of my thousands of bills may not be paid. I said PRIDEFUL AT THE BEGINNING OF MY REVIEW AND IT IS TRUE. I contacted Nichols to straighten out their mistake on the date on my medical reports and he simply brushed it off as nothing. You have a right to express your concerns when it comes to your case. You hire an attorney, an attorney does not hire you. I have never dealt with an attorney where my spirit felt as it did with this attorney that a prideful nasty spirit resides within. I am still waiting on this firm (Nichols) to fix what they have done. As a single parent I protect my children and this attorney tossed my 7 year old to side as if he was nothing. Nicholas took my son case and my son began treatment then later after treatment I was told my son case was not enough for this law firm. These are true statements ask Nichols himself. I had to negotiate my 7 year old case because Nichols after treatment of my son told me his case was not enough for him to handle. This could have been told from the start. Make a wise choice in all you do and most of all pray for the revealing of what attorneys not want you to see from the beginning of dealing with their firm. I will continue to make this experience known to our communities via my platforms and other community leaders platform that you not have to experience what my son and I had with the Nichols Injury Law Office.

if you thinking about hiring thomas you should just stick it out with a public defender. He will make all these promises of what he can do for you, than when he gets paid in full he dont do anything he says he was gonna do . He acts like he works with the prosecutors he did not fight for me at all. Told me he was gonna get some charges drop than when it was time to take plea deal in court no charges was dropped and he try to convince me it didn’t matter. Told me i was gonna get 2 years of probation than when court came they said 3 year’s probation, He did not get my personal items back from the police like he promise. I really think him and the prosecutors are friends don’t let the good reviews fool you like it did me. He will not fight for you only wants your money you will be better off representing your self . Do not hire thomas he ruin my criminal record

If you have criminal charges, you want Thomas and his team on your side! They will go above and beyond as your representatives. I can’t thank Thomas enough for his time, patience with answering all my questions (even well after business hours), expertise and professionalism. He showed up to court early and prepared and got my charges dropped. He was affordable and knew his stuff! He exceeded all expectations and I’m so thankful he was recommended to us. Thomas and his team are the real deal. They are professional, to the point and stand out amongst other lawyers in court. I had some pretty significant charges and Thomas was able to get them all dropped without a trial. He explained every step of the process and followed through every step of the way.
