We called this lawyer as she was a part of our legal plan through our job. We spoke to a receptionist and scheduled a call for the following day. The following day we did not receive a call until 40 minutes after our scheduled time. We did not appreciate the lawyer’s tone and her unprofessionalism. The call was about 2 minutes and was a waste of a consultation in my opinion. We do not recommend this lawyer. Keep looking guys.

My love made the mistake of choosing Mrs. Smith-Williams law firm to manage his divorce. During this process, Mrs. Smith-Williams name became the lady that calls herself an attorney at our house because of the poor quality of representation and lack of responsiveness. During many of his interactions with her, she seemed to be the defender of the ex-wife instead of his defense attorney. She always preferred emailing instead of calling, even when calling would obviously be the easiest, fastest, and most effective way to communicate. When she did email, it was always short and to the point without additional information. It was if she didn't understand the seriousness and need for urgency that this divorce required. There were very deep issues concerning the children that she never fully addressed and was lackadaisical in her actions. This law firm has since been fired and replaced with a more reputable law firm. Within the first couple of days with this new law firm, we saw a Tremendous difference in communication and urgency. I felt it was important that folks know what kind of service we received here. Perhaps she does well with traffic tickets, but for a difficult divorce that involves kids, I would suggest you go elsewhere.

I had Mrs Williams as my attorney for a traffic case I had never had in my life, Mrs Williams and her staff made it easy to communicate with each other and when the time came for the court date Mrs Williams made me feel calm in a stressful situation for me.... She explained everything to me and made it smooth and easy... She is very professional and I'd highly recommend her to to anyone!!

Needing a local attorney and having rarely ever needed one, i was a bit apprehensive cold calling this group for a minor traffic assist.. But WOW! My initial contact was by email-i hated having to call while at work. Yolanda has worked with me on two major child custody and child support cases. Each case was extremely difficult, detailed, and time consuming.
