I am so impressed with Mr. Bivek. He is a "cut to the chase" kind of attorney who is incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly he's sharp. He knows what you need, how you need it, when you need it and will help you make it happen. He's a bright light in a seemingly dark tunnel of paperwork and procedure. He served as my advocate, fighting to make sure that I was treated fairly, and as the voice of reason, when I had trouble seeing rationally. He was accessible and responsive. I hired Mr. Bivek to represent me in an uncontested divorce. My wife and I were on very good terms, and we already had a very good idea how we were going to divide things, but I had a few negative experiences with my initial dealings with other offices. Usually, you need a lawyer to help you manage the really tough spots f life and that stinks. When you are angry and sad and maybe a little (or more) scared of the situation that you find yourself in. You have to put all your trust in someone who you don't know, who knows all about the dark road ahead and can help you steer through it. Damon proved himself to be this lawyer for me. When I had questions, he was there with an answer in a very timely manner. When I admitted my fear, he was kind and supportive. He is courteous, engaging and trustworthy. I have already given his name out to a couple people I know. I will recommend him again and again. More importantly, I'll use him again if I ever need to.
