Excellent!

For starters, the hospitality was impressive! Even though we were only a day away from Thanksgiving, we weren't rushed or made to feel like we were in the way. We were also guided through the process which helped decrease any stress we might have felt. I also appreciated the updates made to our account and being able to see the process in real time on their closingconnect site. I highly recommend their services!

Terrible customer service. Treated us like we did not matter and we were just another customer to keep their doors open. Firstly, we did not get our closing costs until 5pm the night before closing—even though our lender reached out to them several times with no response. It’s now almost a month after closing and our HOA has not received the HOA initiation fees/dues; therefore, we are unable to access our amenities. During the closing, we were just thrown the papers while the selling realtor and attorney gossiped about who they were and weren’t friends with on Facebook. All in all, the most uncomfortable situation.
