It is difficult to put into words how appreciative I am of Jones and Swanson. They are truly a top-notch law firm, simply the best. Being in a serious car accident and dealing with an uninsured motorist claim can be confusing and stressful at times. When I called the law firm and they took on my case, all of my worries were alleviated. Mary Jo and the staff always went above and beyond to answer any of my questions, keep me well informed throughout the process, and best of all, they made sure I was getting the treatment I needed to focus on recovering. Mary Jo Barney at Jones and Swanson was very professional, efficient, and kind. My daughter and I were involved in a severe car accident; we were hit by a very underinsured driver. My daughter’s spine was fractured and I missed 3 months of work. Jones and Swanson advocated for us to get the maximum settlement possible. Wendi helped to make the process seamless and made sure to respond in a timely manner to any questions that I had. She was very pleasant. I appreciated the fact that she really listened to me and made sure that I received fair compensation and the resources that I needed for my injury and recovery. I hope to never need a personal injury lawyer again but if the situation ever arises in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them for their help again.
