Although nobody WANTS to need an attorney, Chase Swanson and his associates were incredible to work with. Ashley Heinen is a great asset to the practice, and was always extremely easy to communicate with. Chase is efficient and fought our case tooth and nail. We were extremely pleased with the attention he committed to our case. It was a long case- just over a year and a half- but we never felt like our importance to the practice waned. Either Chase or Ashley updated us each step of the way. We are extremely grateful for their commitment to us, and can't recommend this practice enough. Best in the business!! I was involved in a multicar pile up type of accident involving about 6 cars and only 1 was at fault. These type of accidents usually drag out as I expected it to so I was prepared to fight this til the end. I did my research and found Jones & Swanson on google with nothing but great reviews so I called and sure enough I was not disappointed. They were EXTREMELY attentive, informative, and VERY quick to answer any question I had to make sure I had the best experience during what can be one of the worst times. I was without a car for almost two months, went through 3 rentals, while my car was being repaired and for a car enthusiast it was awful being without my car. Chase helped me with anything I needed and I cannot thank him and his team enough for making every step of the way a better one. Our experience with the Jones & Swanson begun under not so fortunate circumstances. Me and my husband live in GA only for a few years and because of this, we don’t have too many connections in this field. A few months ago, my husband was attacked by a friend’s dog while he was speaking with the owner. I was in a serious head-on collision and the other driver lied about everything. I worked with Chase and Ashley, and they walked me through everything from start to finish. My son was attacked by my neighbors dogs a couple of years ago, Chase and the Jones and Swanson family were like my extended family for the next few years.
