Dog bite to the lower lip. Chase Swanson and Mary Jo Barney were able to track down the owner's renter's insurance policy and reach a settlement. Responded in a timely manner to questions I raised and handled everything.

My experience with this Jones and Swanson firm was easy and pain free. They literally did all the leg work and I didn't have to deal with any insurance companies or anything like that. J&S exudes professionalism and dedication to it's clients and if anything were to happen, I wouldn't hesitate on which firm I would commission for my personal care and needs.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very attentive and open about the progression of my case. Wendi was a delight, she was never to busy and it seemed like I was her only focus.
