I was involved in a car accident in May of 2014. Soon after my mom referred me to Andrew Jones. I was very impressed with Mr.Jones and his team after only meeting with them one time. I decided that they would be more than qualified to represent me after our consult. They fully took care of me and my case but most importantly they made sure to keep in touch with me about every detail. They went out of their way to help me in every way possible. They took the case into their own hands and took the stress of my car accident out of mine so that I could focus on getting better. I would absolutely recommend them very highly to anyone. I am a college student struggling to get through school and going through this car accident could of been a lot harder had I not reached out to Andrew Jones and his team to help me with it.

The staff and Mr. Jones treated me like I was family during my personal injury case following an motor vehicle collision. They worked hard and endlessly to bring my case to a close with little to no effort on my part. The law office of Andrew W. Jones was recommended to us by a friend who is a real estate attorney. The excellent legal expertise and negotiating skills of Chase Swanson, aided by Andrew Jones, helped me receive a substantial settlement from a MVA. I was rear-ended by a tow truck and sustained back and neck injuries that required extensive physical therapy, drug therapy, and eventually cervical and lumbar surgeries. Because of the extent of my pain, injuries and their effect on my daily life, it took over three years to settle my case. During that period, there were many times that I wanted to try to settle my case and put it all behind me, despite the fact that my medical treatment was still on-going. The medical expenses created financial strain on my family, but Chase always reminded me that it was in my best interest to be sure my injuries had been fully treated before settling. While I knew he was right, it was still very difficult. At all times, Chase, Andrew, and their para-legal Ashley, were extremely professional, always remaining honest and ethical. While I craved closure, they stressed patience. Chase's advice and communication were always clear, and I never felt pressured. They always made it clear that this was my case and ultimately all decisions were mine. While I will probably always have some physical limitations and pain, the settlement I received has given me the opportunity to add to my retirement funds in the event that I may now have to retire earlier than planned.
