Fantastic service, they will go above and beyond until the end. My case had been settled for over a year, and then I received a call stating that they had been trying to get an amount reduced to increase the payout for over a year. Love the diligence and dedication.

Stayed consistent and easy to reach out too. The whole team was professional and nice, and the lawyers was very confident in what they do even if I ain’t felt confident in how the defense approached us. The lawyers made all the right moves for me, gave me clothes to be ready and gave me the run down in every situation. I’m glad they took over my case definitely recommend. Reading the rave reviews...I must be doing something wrong... Cohen and Sinowski are representing me in a injury case where I sustained a TBI. I never hear from them unless I call them. They give the impression as if I'm a bother. They never keep their word and have told me several times the attorneys are busy on family vacations 😐. I didn't know my case was going to litigation until I spoke with the senior Sinowski for the first time and he suggested I take a deep breath. I had to find my own health care providers because Cohen and Sinowski referred me to surgeons instead of physicians who could improve my health. They have never once called to ask about my condition or welfare. Thomas Sinowski replied to my post in record time, I hadn't heard from Tommy since May. He called me right away to tell me his firm would no longer represent me...you could have told me this in February. Your attempt to spin your malpractice into a positive failed...you all should be ashamed...you took advantage of my mental state due to my head injury. I repeatedly asked for you to communicate with me in writing or digitally...I haven't received any written communication from your firm since May. I am a senior and will find someone to help me who cares. Wanda Alexander

This firm first gave me a chance with my case, compared to others who didn't feel like I had one. Everyone I spoke with were exceptional. Great communication throughout the entire process. I always knew what was going on, and if I didn't know or understand something in particular they never failed to thoroughly explain it out so I could. Big shout out to Barbara and Tommy! They r all very nice n caring ppl. They take their time to know ur case n u. I would refer them to anybody. They fight very hard on ur behalf n they don't give up on u.
