My wife and I have been together for 8 years, and were dealing with a deadbeat dad situation from her previous marriage. He eventually asked to be relieved of his rights as a father. Soon after, we began working with Gina Smalley. After we filed, he decided to fight it, and began paying child support and calling weekly. Gina was able to fight for us in court, and was very tough! The entire experience was comfortable and communicative. Her paralegal Marcy is AWESOME!! Together, Gina and Marcy made the process easy to understand and quick! We would recommend Gina to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of having to go through this.

Hope there should be a rank smaller than 1 star I even dnt want to give her 1 star. My recent visit to her proof like she is just a veered lawyer who knows nothing. I think she needs to know how to help if you getting pay

Her goal was to get the best result for my case, and watch for my best interest. I'll never forget that time that she helped my teenage son without any charge.

Gina is by far the best at what she does. The year of 2012, I wasn't able to see my sons for three weeks until I hired Gina. Within the same day of court by 12 p.m. I was reunited with my sons.
