Attorney Smalley did a very thorough job on my post-nuptial agreement and the pricing was very reasonable considering the complicated nature of the agreement. I wanted to put provisions for child custody in the agreement, but I guess that was not possible in Georgia. Overall, excellent service.

Gina was fierce and relentless in my divorce and ongoing custody battle. I admittedly did not know what I was getting myself into, and she guided me through every step of the process. I was able to get everything I wanted and more. I will be forever grateful for her help.

Hired Gina for custody modification but from the beginning she made false promises and mistakes . I felt misinformed and manipulated into a prolong court process which has financially devasted me and my young kids. My kids are still being abused but now we are even poorer than before thanks to Gina and her office. I am absolutely heartbroken and suffering but instead of admitting her defeat and faults she threatened me with a lawsuit and collections. Please choose someone else as your attorney so you don't suffer like us. Heartbroken mom.

I hired her in Feb 2018 and from the beginning I felt she was a good lawyer and responded to me quickly. Hopefully when it got to working on a settlement agreement for parenting time , she was all for my exhusband having 1/2 of the parenting time in TWO DIFFERENT COUNTIES! I had to find another lawyer that was gonig to take my side all the way to the courtroom!

I was referred by a family member, divorces are always like you are in a tail spin, it's not a easy thing to go thru, but she always responded to me quickly on matters of the case, and divorce did not drag on like some do, just did not go as I hoped it would for a mans point of view.

I was absolutely enthralled with this girl from the beginning and very excited to be able to take on this person that I was married to because she has used and abused the law against me . but then we got the court and everything she said she wanted to fight for me for was absolutely absolved I went in there and my lawyer was like a beaten pup. basically told me that I needed to take everything that they were offering and I SAT there for three hours when they were the ones that should have been on the defense because they had to come to Atlanta from Brooks County South Georgia . I beat the lawyer the first time I went into the courtroom and I feel like gina was absolutely beaten or just didn't care enough to give it her effort . run

I heard great things about Gina from people i know and i spoke with her on the phone and she said she could help me i was going through a divorce and the lawyer i had was not on my side at all ,but after speaking with gina i decided i wanted her to be my lawyer she is straight to the point and diffently on your side and very reasonable,i had not seen my kids in a year and with then a month of having her as my lawyer she got it to were i could see my kids again can not thank her enough,i give her 5 stars and diffently would recommend her to anybody.
