Chris Hobson represented me in a non-contested divorce. Not only was he professional, he was comforting during a very sad and stressful time when I had to go to the courthouse to complete the process. He made many recommendations that helped me personally. He always answered my phone calls and emails immediately or by the end of the day. I found this very comforting knowing he understood the stress I was under and would get me an answer as quickly as possible. To me, that is an attorney who truly cares about his clients. I had criminal charges brought against me in Georgia even though I am a full-time resident of New York by a disgruntled ex. Mr. Hobson suggested that the charges against me were bogus and that the state of Georgia had no legal jurisdiction over me. He constantly kept me in the loop and would even call and email me on weekends when another fabulous idea popped into his head. Needless to say.......He KILLED it in court. He asked the tough and pertinent questions and in the end I believe that he made the judge see our position and rule in our favor. Mr. Hobson really knows his stuff and made me feel like I had someone on my side who actually cared. If I ever have any issues in Georgia again, I will definitely use Hobson & Hobson, P.C......I would love it if they practiced in NYC, then I can send a whole lot of business their way.
