Terrible!! I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Not ethical!

He helped me with very complicated case for very reasonable price. He answers his cell phone or answers to your voice mail/text himself - so you do not have to go through receptionist every time when you have a little question. The only one thing I would advise - stay on your case yourself as well - just to make your and his life easier and your case going smooth - after all - he is there to guide you - a lot depend on your cooperation. Highly recommend!!!
