Drew Ashby is an outstanding attorney with superb understanding of how to deal with insurance companies. With my auto accident case, Drew skillfully negotiated with my insurance provider and the other driver’s insurance as well. Drew knows how to protect his clients because he knows the pressure points to hit as if he’s legal ju jitsu black belt. I cant afford not to have Drew Ashby on my side.

Drew represented me after I was rear-ended while stopped in traffic on the highway. After the at-fault driver’s insurance company denied coverage and blamed me for the wreck, I contacted Mr. Ashby and the outcome could not have been better. We filed a lawsuit and I received a great recovery, plus the court found that the insurance company acted in bad-faith. The court made the insurance company pay a bad-faith penalty plus all of my attorney’s fees. In addition to all of this, he was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. I recently hired Drew when an insulation company tore down a water line in my crawl space, flooding my home. Then on top of it all slapped a lien on my property when they knew I was trying to sell it. I hired Drew to release the lien and to recoup the money I had spent fixing their mess. Drew was phenomenal! Despite being his smallest client at the time, I felt as if I was his only client. I don't think there was a time through the near two month ordeal when I did not hear from Drew every couple of days.
