I was involved in a hit and run accident in Georgia and sustained minor injuries. While I healed I did not want the burden or pressure of talking to insurance adjusters and insurance companies at all, so I hired this firm. I hired Andrienne McKay as my attorney. Her paralegal Karen was also very kind and helpful. While we waited to see if the police would catch the guy or if I would have the proper coverage (uninsured motorist coverage) Andrienne kept me up to date on her communications with my insurance company. We found out after 1 week that I did not have the proper coverage. While they were not able to assist me with a personal injury claim they were still very helpful up until that point. I would say the only thing I wish would have been different is if they gave me guidance on how to handle my property damage on my own. I wasn’t given any guidance on that at all so once they withdrew from my case, I felt very alone and just unaware about how to go about handling the insurance company. I know it’s not their job to work for free but even a little guidance would’ve helped another human being during a tough and confusing time. They handle property damage claims as a courtesy when you hire them for personal injury so I thought I’d receive even a little bit of guidance once they cut me loose but business is business. But the firm sent me a box of goodies once I became a client and I thought that was a very nice gesture. I use my stress ball, heating/cooling pad/ and other items weekly. Overall this was an amazing firm to hire and if I do ever need to hire a personal injury attorney, it will be them! They are very client focused rather than being the next big thing. This is a firm of integrity. I am thankful for the service I was provided.
