I cannot say enough good things about this firm. Kate and Claudia were absolutely amazing. They were great with communication, ensuring I understood the entire process, and had my best interest at heart. Even when I thought the case was settled because I received my payout, they continued to fight for me and get me more money. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking an attorney.

I am so grateful to have worked with The Champion Firm. While Andrienne was the main lawyer for my case, I maintained regular communication with Karen & Darl as well. Together, they were amazing. Attorney, Drew Ashby and James Foster started on my keys back in February or March of last year 2022 yeah I’m just now finding out after a year and several months later that both attorneys don’t have experience collecting on a default judgment, and I would have to find and pay a separate attorney to help collect on the judgment and personally, I feel like I should not have to pay for 2 different attorneys if this information was provided to me back in February or March of last year when they first told me that she does not have the ability to pay I would have been able to find one attorney that can help get the judgment, but also collect on it, so I’m not paying for it to attorneys have been asking multiple times if they can help me find a legitimate company that I can sell the judgment to And I was told multiple times they could not pull up any information like LLC EIN number? Business owner name complaints and what type of complaints and how many and how long they’ve been in business Which is all the same information that they was able to find out about the company I filed the lawsuit against so I feel like I’ve been lied to and because she does not have liability insurance and no way to pay this me And they don’t believe they’re going to get paid they’re not willing to help me find a debt collector or company that I can sell the judgment to so we all can get paid I was told by both attorneys that they would reduce their feet down from 33% or 40% whatever that percentage is down to 20% The when I send the email letting him know that I am not happy with my experience and I will leave a Google review. Better Business Bureau complaint and Georgia bar complaint that he will go back on his word and charge me the original amount all because the Attorney disagrees with how I personally feel because I’m not happy which I am entitled to have my personal opinion in other words basically what he’s trying to say is, I can’t express my personal opinion, and how I feel about the case and the law farm Like I mentioned previously, if they would’ve mentioned back in February or March of last year, after taking this case, or even a few months later, after that, they don’t have experience when it comes to collecting on judgments, garnishments and liens it would have avoided a lot of this because I would’ve found a attorney that can do both so I don’t end up paying for two attorneys So if you are thinking about hiring any law firm, make sure they have experience when it comes to collecting on judgments, garnishments and liens so you don’t end up getting two separate attorneys

Kate and her team did an amazing job especially when the “At Fault “ Insurance company tried to offer me a very low settlement. I had to be very patient while waiting for a better settlement because it takes time and at the end it was all worth waiting for.
