We hired Darl, following an automobile accident. He was a godsend and helped us throughout the entire process. In additional to being extremely knowledgeable, he is also compassionate and caring, which are traits that are not always easy to come by. He was able to negotiate a great resolution. Darl was a pleasure to work with from day one. He came to my house after my car accident for the initial consultation and took it from there. He handled everything from the settlement to the hospital and disability insurance company coming after my settlement money. I didn't have to call for updates and was never left in the dark about what was happening. Darl actually seemed like he cared and wasn't in it for just a paycheck. He looked for every venue possible to maximize my settlement, and even reduced his fee so I could be better compensated for my injuries. I didn't even have to ask: he just felt that I wasn't getting enough, even though he got me the maximum pay out that was possible.
