I am so grateful that I used The Champion Firm to handle my case. I was rear ended and had severe neck pain. My daughter also suffered from a concussion from the impact of the accident. In the beginning I tried to navigate the process myself, but it became unbearable dealing with the other party’s insurance adjuster. He micromanaged my healthcare and dictated what limits I could spend based on the damage to my vehicle. I went and paid out of pocket to have an MRI done because I wanted to see why I was hurting so bad. After getting the results of the MRI and realizing that I would need considerable medical intervention, I decided to hire an attorney. The Champion Firm automatically took over the entire process of dealing with the insurance adjuster and helped me begin to focus on trying to get pain relief for my injuries. Darl has treated me like family and has always been responsive to any of my concerns or requests. We reached a settlement that I would not have been able to obtain on my own or frankly with any other firm. The Champion Firm was persistent and fought for me at every turn. So thankful to have this amazing firm!

Zack and Rose are amazing! Always spoke to me in terms I could understand. They helped make my worker's comp. case as smooth as could be, and their communication is top notch, they are there with you every step of the way. I will definitely be recommending them in the future!

There is so much I can say about this phenomenal firm. First of all, when I tell you they treat you like Family, "all facts"! I was not an easy and trusting person to work with in the beginning when it came to giving out my personal information. After serving 27 years in the Army, we were taught never to give that out (HIPPA) to no one. My main concern when it came to working with The Champion Law Firm, "were they going to have my best interest at heart"? Whatttttt, Boyeeeee, did they? They were like savages when it came to litigation and fighting for what they knew I should have. I felt as though I was going to war with my Battle Buddy that I had trained with for months and years. When I tell you, The Champion Law Firm got your front and your back, please believe me. They are and stay Battle Ready!! My type of Soldiers/Command Team! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart from start to finish with my process. Daryl Champion and especially, Mrs. Claudia, you both are the real MVPs. Consultation with The Champion Firm was the best choice I could of made after my accident. Bill, Claudia, Morgyn, and Darl himself all were involved in my case. They honestly did so much for me. My accident caused me to develop permanent tinnitus. I also had decent damage to my brain that had they not worked to find a Neurologist to get me looked at so quickly, it's possible I would of been even worse off.
