I called just to get a consultation and the secretary disconnected the call with the excuse that she couldn't hear me, then I called back and I asked if she could hear me better and I heard a sigh coming from her as if she was annoyed to speak with me. Never got a chance to speak to any lawyer or even get a consultation because I just couldn't continue because of the snotty secretary. I always say that first impressions mean everything.
