Price Boyd Law Firm is very unprofessional, you’ll never hear back from Andrea Boyd the Owner of Price Boyd Law Firm. I’ve had a pending case with PBLF for over 6 months now and I haven’t even got a call back to finish my settlement or to even see how far my case has come. If you are appointed Price Boyd Law Firm as your go to attorney’s office .. RUN!!!!!

I am a current client with this firm and dealing with Mr. Charles Singleton, I am really really upset the way he is handling my accident case. It's been 2+ years now, I have not seen a single update from him on this until now, each time I had to follow up and he promises he will let me know some update sooner but it never happens, I am not sure where my case is going? Mrs. Andrea can you please pitch in and help?? Mrs. Andrea, whatever you mentioned I have not been informed. Mr. Singleton never said that it is under litigation and moved to Singleton Law firm etc. Can you please help? I spent lot of money for this accident and now Mr. Singleton is not responding to my any sort of communication. This is 3+ years now. Even earlier this year under his suggestion I paid $300 for making a lawsuit to the insurance company, he advised this is needed to reserve my right, but still there is no update. Please help. Mrs. Andrea, can you talk to you? when is the right time I should call?

Please stay away from this firm. I will not do the bashing on here as I would not want that done on my business site but if I can save anyone from wasting there time and money. Stay away. Go elsewhere.

Would not recommend. Edited: I allowed the company the chance again to assist. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Very disorganized. I went through Hyatt Legal as well. These guys just string the consumers along with no intentions on providing services is MY take. SEEMS that once they are paid by the legal plan that is it. I have been trying to receive assistance since June. They asked for the opportunity to assist me again which I reluctantly accepted. Today attorney Singelton tells me that I owe that balance that I was disputing. I advised him that they did not preauthorize the testing with BCBS before billing out and that they were suppose to per BCBS as it was not a test that they could just submit for payment. I provided documents proving this to this firm. I FEEL These people are crooks. Dont waste your time and energy. Good reviews are probably from family.

I visited this office needing assistance. I spoke with Charles Singleton. I could not get in touch with him after the day. I did not receive any return phone calls. I had to find a different lawyer to handle my case. I would not recommend this law firm.
