I hired Attorney Jacob Weldon in 2018 for a bogus DUI case and a Following to Closely that resulted in an accident. Fulton county later added bogus Reckless Driving charge. I was willing to accept the Following to Closely because I clearly hit the other driver. Attorney Weldon made the legal process to fight the case simple and easy to understand. He was even able to get video footage from Grady of the bogus HGN test performed by a uneducated State Patrol. In the end, the DUI and Reckless Driving charges wered dismissed thus saving my Commercial Drivers License. Thanks to Attorney Weldon, I was able to keep my Commercial Driving job and continue to providing for my family.
