Please save your money and seek other counsel. Brad Moody and his associates are the worst in the state. You’re better off seeking a public defender than these people. They’re not good for anything but taking money and stringing people along for long periods of time. They don’t even deserve one star

I was locked up for contempt, sentenced to 20 days without purge. I hired James Boles to exercise my right to appeal. I was on the verge of loosing my job, my house, and my car. James was diligent and professional. He proved to be an excellent and direct attorney who is caring and went out of his way. He was able to get me out in half the time which saved me from loosing everything I've worked for. He's an awesome attorney and an amazing person. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an exceptional representative.

Sat down with MR. Scott in August 2021 for a consultation of my civil rights violation case. After the consultation, Mr. Scott sent me a retainer agreement, having questions about The terms, I called and emailed Mr. Scott's office. He never returned any of my numerous calls, emails or text msgs. I would not recommend him to anyone if asked.
