Where do I even begin. I called several attorneys before I found Jordan. All of them gave me no confidence that they would get a great outcome in my case. Most said you’re going to jail or we will have to go to trial. I knew my case was unique and the outcome would be either good or totally bad. When I first talked to Jordan about the details of my case I knew he was the lawyer to hire. He gave a very detailed plan on what he would do and the pros and cons of each. Jordan and his staff kept me up to date with everything from court dates, motion filings and was just was overall helpful in keeping me calm. I don’t ever plan on getting in trouble ever again in life. If you need an attorney that will understand you case from a former prosecutor view and great defense attorney Jordan is the one. I owe him so much for winning me my continued freedom. I knew it took a lot of communicating to get to the final result, but he did it. I do personally feel if I didn’t have Jordan I would’ve ended up in jail. Jordan thank you for everything, I mean that from the bottom of my heart. after being wrongfully charged by clayton county police officer for reckless driving, aggressive driving, improper lane changing and following too close with an accident AND being in JAIL over night for an accident I did not cause. Well, let me just fill you in on some facts and you can make up your own mind. I believe it will certainly lead you to the law office of Jordan k. Van Matre. My two teenage daughters made an outcry about my husband, their stepfather, molesting them when they were younger. They gave dates and descriptions. As to the dates, I could verify that those dates were not accurate. Because of family, travels, school, or church activities. Of course I asked them several times over that day if they were certain these things happened. The answer was always yes. Knowing my daughters who both had been caught in falsehoods many times before, made me question it over and over in my mind for days. My husband is a man of strong Godly beliefs and I knew he would never do these things. We hired an attorney in our hometown for $10,000. Trust me, that was the biggest mistake we could have ever made. That attorney was FAR less than horrible!!! Because of a friend at work that was using Jordan for an issue she had, she told me we should go talk to him. We made our way to the consultation with Jordan. Jordan believed that this was the best route because he felt that the county we were in would not retry this case. That is what we did and my husband is back home with me and our precious baby girl tonight after being away from us for 601 days. I am certain that I was Jordans worst nightmare, because I ask a million questions, but he ALWAYS had time for me. Jordan Van Matre gets an A++++. We believe that the judge on our case, would agree with us. Today Jordan wrapped up my case and exceeded my expectations. I never thought I would need a lawyer and didn't know where to start when I did. My name is shane walker. My case was a state probation case. When we went to court Mr. Van Matre had made an agreement with the probation dept to give me time served for the violation. When we went to court the judge denied me of it and wouldn't give me a bond after serving 93 days. Mr.Van Matre immediately went to bat for me me from all angles. He went around the judge got the probation to drop the violation all together. Just when it seemed like all hope was gone he performed a miracle.
