Just ridiculous!! Been going through this storm with Attorney Mike since April 2022 !!! Still not resolved. I definitely felt the other reviewer pain Praying that his colleagues give him a helping hand on this case so we can get closure!!

I think that everyone should have Uninsured, underinsured (UM). There are a lot of uninsured drivers and a lot of hit and runs. 25k is the personal liability minimum. The cost of medical providers depending on your injuries can surpass that. Without UM, you would be lucky to get any money. When that happens everyone has to take less to close the deal. I have had two automobile wreck cases with Nicola Cummings LawFirm. I received great recoveries on both. I have another one period, the other two were hit and runs. They are local in Mcdonough.

This matter involves a case with my daughter who was involved in an accident. We selected the law firm through the legal plan from my husband’s employer and the reviews from google. The lawyer who handled her case was not Ms Cummings but an associate attorney Mike. My experience with him was unfortunately not pleasant. Having conversations with him was very frustrating at times because he was not very organized. He reported medical bills that were not associated with her injuries to myself and in the subsequent lawsuit paperwork that was filed, which to me is dishonest. When meeting with him at the end of case we were informed that the previously discussed 25% fee discounted from 33% because of the legal plan, was no longer valid because he had to file papers for a lawsuit. The case never went to trial no depositions or subpoenas were made but the office filing the paperwork somehow constituted a lawsuit. Be careful when retaining this office for your legal counsel. It’s a very expensive lesson learned where the injured party receives 20% of the settlement funds and still has to pay for the repairs to their vehicle from the 20%. When this was pointed out attorney Mike made repeated “suggestions “ for me to file a claim against my personal insurance company under my UM coverage. I gave the review 2 stars because the paralegal that communicated with my daughter was very professional. Again, my experience was not with Ms Cummings so I don’t know if that would have made a difference.

Nicola Cummings Law Firm put our mind at ease throughout our case and i have grown to have "much" respect for her and her staff! Nicola has a thorough knowledge of the law and defended my husband's case with determination! The staff was always understanding and readily available for any questions or concerns! Nicola solved my husband's legal problem quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend this law firm!
