Where do I begin! Nicola is a mama bear! She is so tough, so honest, so knowledgeable and committed to fight for her clients until she sees only positive outcomes. She has stuck by me for almost 3 years and fought for my case through every crazy situation, always getting the results I wanted. Her staff is very helpful and professional as well. They always provided realtime information and updates when Nicola may have been unavailable for impromptu calls and even would go as far to text her during emergencies so she was always aware of everything going on. When I saw the worst in my situation, she always showed me a door to get out of it or busted one down for me! She never sold me false hope but when the opposition showed unreasonable evidence or pursuit, she buried them with her unwavering determination. She is a crook believe all bad reviews she withdrew from my daughters case after we paid her $5.3k she abandoned my daughter while incarcerated. Very unprofessional and a liar. Yes after she receives your payment she will withdraw once you catch her in her lies.

I was there for an event and everyone I met was very personable. The staff answered all our questions with ease and their concern and kindness felt genuine. They were also very accommodating to an elderly woman by providing seating and snacks to her and her grandchildren.
