He answered all my questions I had for him. When I called with a question he responded that same day. He fought for me and had the best advice. I spoke to other lawyers in town and he was by far the better pic and other lawyers recommended him. I would use him again if I had to.

Richard represented my wife and I in a legal custody case for our Great Grandson. To say his work was excellent is an understatement. He filed all the papers just as he said and he kept us informed every step of the way. It's not everyday that a Great Grandparent obtains legal custody for their Great Grandson. However, with Richards help and expertise we were able to do just that. Because his stellar work our Great Grandson is in a happy and stable environment. I'm certain we couldn't have accomplished this without his help. I had never been involved in any court proceedings and had absolutely no experience with court systems in general. Richard represented me while I was being prosecuted(unfairly) by the State of GA for two bogus charges related to a repossession I performed for the company I worked for. He came highly recommended by the legal department in my former company(Enterprise Rent-a-Car) and he did everything he could legally do to make sure the outcome of my case was what I expected. He explained the process of what each step meant, we went over scenarios of what could happen in each stage, and other legal steps. He is now a contact in my phone book and I know I could call him at any time to represent me in the future. (Even though I hope I never will).
