Recently we had a terrible situation that occurred involving our son who is an eighth grader. There were false accusations made against him at his school and we hired Scott key to represent us. Scott and his team responded quickly to my request to defend our child. He was very proficient in presenting the case which resulted in a win for us. I highly recommend J. Scott Key for representation in legal matters

Mr. Key was a true professional throughout my case. While my own poor choices landed me in need of an attorney, he treated me with respect. His concern for me as a client and his knowledge about the laws and court system worked together for the best outcome for my situation. When I did the things he suggested, things went smoothly. When I tried to do things my way, I just complicated the issue.

I had a serious legal issue and the law firm of Miller & Key was recommended by a friend. After a meeting with Ms. Miller I hired the firm as I had the feeling I would get professional and outstanding representation. My case was not a simple one but Ms. Miller had a plan and an end result in mind to be the best for my situation she worked diligently on my case and brought it to her goal for me for which i am very grateful. she made all court appearances with me and kept me informed on the status of my case continually and met with me on a regular basis. Ms. Miller is very professional as is her staff Her vast knowledge of law and the legal system is incomparable. Her work was more than outstanding. You are not just another client at Miller & Key you are a person who is respected, cared about and represented to the fullest. If you have a legal problem and are in need of a criminal defense attorney I highly recommend the office of Miller & Key to represent you.

Had been burned by two previous lawyers with no progress in the case and we heard nothing but great things about Miller & Key. Not to mention she was more affordable than previous lawyers that took money and did nothing. We had to wait for Attorney Miller’s calendar to open up but she was soo worth the wait! If I could give Suesan Miller and Zach North 10 stars I would. The communication is excellent every step of the way. Miller & Key office definitely stepped in and saved the day!!

I found myself in a very complicated custody suit with my oldest daughter where an unfair judgement was made against me. I spent a lot of time researching attorneys. I had spoken to well over 30 attorneys before I was referred to Me. Key. He was the only attorney that spoke with me in depth about my case in a way that I could understand. He was the only one that was willing to take on the challenge. He charged me a reasonable fee and was quick to respond to my emails and questions. This was a delicate appellate case. And this significantly affected the quality of life and closeness of my entire family. Scott’s superior knowledge of the law and his skills applied made every difference in the trajectory of my life and my daughters. He won and all issues have been settled. I feel pretty lucky to have found him because I would hate to think what my families day to day life would look like if I hadn’t hired him and I lost this case or didn’t take it to the appeals court.

Very unresponsive prior to court date. During court while waiting on our case to come up Scott Key was just playing on his phone. Once the court case started his arguments were at best very weak. The Judge and the DA ran all over him. As the sheriff is putting the hand cuffs on for violating (for seeking a sentence modification) He only says "sorry man" and walks out without explaining to my wife, (who was eight months pregnant) about what is going on or anything else. I would not recommend Scott Key. He is tired of practicing law and only wants to blog about mixed drinks.

If you need a good lawyer, who will fight hard and never give up. Susan Miller is your lawyer. She really knows her stuff and will be straight forward and honest through the whole process. Communication is great and her team works hard. The best choice I ever made was hiring Susan. She’s a great lawyer and person all around. Thank you again Susan for everything.

I attempted to contact this office multiple times on the phone and online inquiries. First response was an hour late from said time of calling so I did not know it was them, attempted return call and no response for days. I then inquired online and received no response. No longer interested in their help, moving on to other available help.
