Extremely professional and on top of things. I had a really bad speeding ticket and Mr. Duff was able to help guide me through the process of what to do and how to prepare before court. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted. Mr. Duff knows what he is doing and how to handle things.

I had received a speeding ticket in the oddest of circumstances. On a motorcycle, I was a victim of road rage by a person in a truck. I was trying to out run and get to a place to turn around and go the other way. I live in South Carolina and this happened in Georgia. I was pulled over by a state trooper that was very unprofessional in the manner that he approached the situation. I was scared half to death, as I thought he was going to shoot me. When I went to court to explain the circumstances, the DA said that I was going to jail and that I should ask for a continuance and get an attorney. Mr. Ayers was able to get the ticket dismissed with no fine and no charges on my record. Excellent outcome to an otherwise sticky situation.

If you have a D.U.I. Mr. Ayers is your guy.I was charged with D.U.I. and multiple traffic violations.After receiving no help from the public defenders office I contacted Mr.Ayers with only three weeks until my trial.He not only won a not guilty verdict on my D.U.I but got multiple other tickets dismissed.I would highly recommend Mr.Ayers to anyone with D.U.I.s or traffic violations.
