Great Law Firm with Honest, Dependable, Hard Working Attorneys. There is no where else I would rather work. They treat their clients with respect and are very mindful of confidentiality. They understand that most people coming in are going through a very difficult time in their lives and work to make sure the client feels supported through the entire process.

Called on Tuesday to get an appointment to speak with an attorney. Got a phone consultation for Thursday at 9am and was going to cost a few hundred dollars.. So I wait until Thursday like scheduled and they don’t contact me at 9, so I call them. I’m informed that they will not be able to meet with me and they tried to send a email that supposedly got sent back. They couldn’t even call us to make sure we knew the appointment wasn’t going to happen. While I sit here this entire week full of anxiety just waiting to speak to someone. Completely unprofessional and rude, find someone else to work for you. They don’t even work for themselves.

I hired Robbie Ballard to handle a speeding ticket I had received in Walton County. I hired Robbie to retroactively address an old matter. He was thorough in explaining our options. He quickly went to work filing our motions. His thorough research and quick work resulted in the State agreeing to clear the record in question. I have used his firm several times over the years to address a variety of issues (criminal, divorce, custody) and Robbie and his colleagues are worth every penny. They will explain the law to you in everyday language, so you feel part of the process. They deliver an unquestionable legal arguement to the court, and they get the results. Went to Sam Barth to appeal a ruling because the judge all but said we needed to, and was told it wasn't worth it. Sam Barth told us the judgement could not and would not be collected and the cost to appeal wasn't worth the hassle. 2 weeks later bank accounts were frozen and the money was transferred to the defendant. Left a message for him to call us back about it weeks ago...still waiting for the return call. We paid this firm for bad advice that cost us thousands.

I can not speak how satisfied I am with the services I received from Mr. Ballard. He was on top of everything for me from the beginning. He was very open, thorough about my case and he went above and beyond for a resolution for me, which was a great resolution at that. The correspondence was always prompt and the best thing about my experience with Mr. Ballard was his honesty. He never attempted to sell me on anything and was just straight forward.
