No one else in the world like Jon Forehand.

Attorney Forehand did not represent my son to the best of his abilities. He encouraged him to pass on first time offender rights that are offered in the state of Georgia (against my wishes) and has caused him nothing but turmoil due to that decision. He avoided my calls for almost a year leading up to the day of his sentencing, then sat in the annex of the courtroom asking me basic questions about my son and his case (right before he went in front of the judge). My son was young and stupid to commit a crime and he was young and stupid to think that he could walk free in GA as a convicted felon! When I urged Jon to seek the first time offenders act, he told me that it wasn't a good idea because even a traffic violation could / would send my son to prison. My son ran scared and now he can't find a job because of his conviction. I paid $5,000 cash before he took the case and when I asked him to go back in front of the judge to change the plea, he wanted another $3,000. This was RIGHT AFTER the sentencing! I literally trusted "The Christian" mantle that Jon claimed he stood for, but, he was unjust in how he handled my son's case and he sleeps easy at night while my son struggles through life because of poor representation. Yes, my son committed a crime but Jon is a "criminal" defense attorney who took my money and threw my son under the bus. My prayer is that Jon will have a conscious and represent all future clients with the integrity, equality, and compassion that they deserve. None of us are perfect and without fault. My son fell on the wrong side of the law and Jon did no more than make a clean payday off of his ignorance and hurt him far more than he helped him! Shame on you Jon! May God reward you equally for what you took from me and how you mishandled my son's case! Very poor representation and to think... I honestly trusted you!!! 😪

Mr.Forehand has went above and beyond for me and my family. For anyone who has and almost seems impossible casa Mr. Forehand is your man! He does not leave cases lying ! I have sent several clients to him who have all been more satisfied with their outcome and Mrs. Sharon is also a blessing always on top of things very patient to answer the many questions.
