He lie about the amount the Insurance company is offering by not allow you to see the Insurance policy. I tell him to settle for amount but he ask for less and write me out a person check but the check should be in my name from the Insurance company. He not to be trusted and he trying steal all the money he can out of your settlement, Don't hire him!!
