Mr. Stemberger is an excellent attorney who cares about his client and the outcome of the client's case. He worked on my case throughout he pandemic and interfaced with an insurance carrier who was very difficult and also went the extra mile to locate the party who dodged court summons/notification procedures for months. I am so glad that I was referred to Mr. Bill Stemberger when I decided to look for a lawyer to help me with my auto accident settlement. What more could you ask of a lawyer! From the first free consult to the last communication from his office, they were all nothing but friendly, welcoming and made you feel at ease. Mr. Stemberger explained everything and made me feel that he was definitely on my side.

Our son was hit by a truck while crossing the road and was killed. We hired Mr. Stemberger to represent our son's young daughter. This was a very complicated case to determine fault and took a couple of years to resolve. Mr. Stemberger explained to us what he would need to do and kept us updated throughout the process. We had numerous meetings with him. He is very knowledgeable about the law and worked tirelessly on our case. He negotiated a settlement with the insurance companies and our granddaughter received compensation from the insurance companies.
