Everyone i encountered, which non of which were the lawyers, were very kind and polite. Im giving 2 starts for multiple reasons. I feel like after the first 3 months, contact was just dropped since I wasn't a huge case for them. I waited 8 months for the first settlement for my daughter for our accident. Relieved the check and seen it was made for 2 months PRIOR to receiving it. 4 months ago, when I checked on my part of the settlement, I was told they were doing the reductions and would contact me soon. Called 2 months ago and was told the same. I keep calling and am being told the same. 2 weeks ago I called to speak with someone about my case, and was connected to "Miss Brittany" who still has yet to return my calls. Im guessing I will not receive my portion of the settlement even though I'm stuck with a permanent injury.

I contacted Att. J. Phillips office to see if I wanted to have them represent in an accident case. I NEVER SPOKE WITH THE ATTORNEY. I gave the office representative my email address to send a document to me to sign to have them possibily represent me. Nonetheless, after reading the negative reviews, I decided that I did not wish to have them represent me. I told them that because of the negative reviews that I had read online, I did not need their assisstance. They emailed me a second time telling me that I needed to complete the document to allow them to represent me. ONCE AGAIN, I explained that I would not need their services. THEY CONTACTED ME AGAIN THROUGH EMAIL. I told them a third time. YOUR REVIEWS ARE BAD. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN BECAUSE I WILL SEE IT A HARASSMENT!!!! THE CONTACTED ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!! They will not stop emailing me a contract!!!! Please do not email them ....unless you want them to CONSTANTLY HARASS YOU!!!! i do not wish to use your services...

Everyone that I worked with was professional and so polite! They answered all questions I had, made sure I was comfortable and informed through the process, and made everything worry free. I’d recommend this team to anyone.

The worst unprofessional, unskilled attorney in the NATION! Slip & Fall accident, had major surgery ( hip bone had to be shaved down to fit back properly) . Back injuries as well! After five years, I received $25,000 for my permanent injuries.Never saw the original payoff check. My money was stolen by this attorney and his scheming partners. Stay Away!!!!!

Really enjoyed working with this group. They got me in to see the doctors, get all the help I needed for my injuries, and got me a decent settlement.
