My son was at the wrong place and time. The situation proved not to have anything to do with him. He turned himself in and was denied bond during COVID , he has a preexisting condition that proved scary for all of us. We hired a different lawyer that proved not to be the right choice in the early stages. Once Stacey was hired she was very thorough about this process and the services she would provide. This was a process that lasted for 4 years and she was dedicated and committed for the entire process. I value her honesty and integrity. I’m glad to know her and would recommend her with a 10/10 experience each time.

I was arrested September 21, 2022 and subsequently charged with three (3) counts of aggravated assault and four (4) counts of possession of firearms by a convicted felon. After about a month of representation by two lawyers, I quickly realized how awful there advice and preparation was. My family then hired Ms. Stacey Flynn. Even with the judge refusing to dismiss the case because of a clear and undisputed fourth (4) and fourteenth amendment violation by the police, attorney Stacey Flynn was able to have all three (3) aggravated assault charges dismissed and two (2) of the unlawful firearm charges dismissed. I served a total of two (2) months in prison for the remaining two (2) counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Considering that the judge and district attorney made it clear to me that any imprisonment would never end, attorney Stacey Flynn did an absolutely amazing job. Ms.Stacey Flynn is the only attorney I will ever consult and hire.

Stacey is awesome! I have had many friends and family members use her over the years. Did not matter if it was big or small case she always handled it with the same level commitment and professionalism. She is the one I always recommend!

Wow! If you want to feel sure your attorney is working for you, I strongly recommend Stacey. Much before I expected to hear from her regarding my son's case, she called to say she got the charges against him dismissed. We expected it to be months before there was any action on his case. She is a no nonsense kind of person who says it like it is, even if it's that you screwed up. Having said that, she treats you with respect and she will go to battle for you. She is also well respected by her peers and the court. I hope I never need to hire a defense attorney again, but if I do, I'll absolutely be calling Stacey again.

Although she is 5'3, Stacey packs a bigger punch than any lawyer in Georgia. I only had a small traffic ticket but Stacey fought for me tooth and nail to get a pre trail agreement so my interest rates did not go up. Even with such a small case Stacey represented me to the best of her ability. Other lawyers would not have even taken my case or overlooked me and not considered me a priotiy but Stacey did everything in her ability to assist me. If I could leave `10 stars I would. The compassion and spirit of this woman are entirely unmatched. Not only is she the most caring and loving woman you will ever meet, she is extremely knlowdegable and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are comfortable as the client. I have personally seen Stacey not charge young kids or teens that were doomed in the legal system and help them to not be screwed over in the court room. On top of being the best lawyer you will ever find, Stacey is an even better mother. She would do anything for her clients and her two sons and you will never find a more caring woman that wants nothing but to fix the injustice of the legal system. It would be a terrible mistake to overlook and not hire her.

Let me start off saying, if you need a criminal defense lawyer, CALL STACEY immediately. If you even 'think' you 'might' need a lawyer, CALL STACEY. Reasons why, my case was bad. I mean baaaaad. I made a mistake and talked too much with police. When I hired her, there was no hope. I was sure going to prison. The District Attorney's office made it very clear they wanted to go to trial, they swore they had a solid case. When I meet with her, she went over everything and immediately went to get the discovery and all information the state had. Stacey fought for me. She fought hard, she fought smart and she didnt back down from anyone. I was scared before I hired her but after I did, she took all the stress & pressure off of me. I trusted her with my life. She protected my rights. After tons of motion hearing and many arguements in court. She got me an amazing deal. I can say with a great deal of pride I had the best attorney. Shes top notch.
