Do not waste your time or money here. Staff will never answer the phone and cannot be bothered to return your calls. When I initially spoke with Taylor Lee himself, he assured me that my immigration case was "quick and simple", that it should take 6 months max. Thanks to their incompetence, my process took TWO whole years. They will gladly take your money, but will never update you on your case or move a single finger to even try to figure out what is going on. Also, within these past two years, the paralegal that was assigned to me was changed, not once, but THREE times. I never received any phone calls to inform me of these changes. When I called and asked to speak to the paralegal, the operator would let me know that "they longer work here". The best part of all is that you are NEVER allowed to speak to a lawyer after your initial consultation. The secretary or whom ever is there will question you on why you need to speak to them, that any information you may want can be answered by their paralegals. That maybe true at another firm, but not at Taylor Lee and Associates. Please avoid this firm at all costs. They will only see you as a paycheck, not as a person with an American dream.

DONT USE THEM EVER!!!! We hired them to help us adjust my husbands status even though my husband had 2 illegal entries to the Unites States(which is automatically a 10 year bar band from the us) they gave us hope telling us that as long as the I601A waiver was approved we were good to go. So we sent in all the documents and it was aprroved so we continued with our process went to our interview in Ciudad Juarez Mexico were my husband was denied and given the 10 year bar he is now banned from the US for 10 years and there is nothing we could do. We were told that 99% of there clientes in the same situation as us would get approved but that was a lie if they would of told us at our Free Consult that 2 or more entries were a 10 year ban we would of not even hired them or did the process but all they cared about was collecting our money. Now i have to be a single mother for the next 10 years because they didnt care about us all they cared about was dollar signs. May i also state we never ever saw or spoke to an attorney we were always dealing with paraleagals. Any other lawyer with a good heart would of told us from the begining at our consult that we would be denied ad that they wouldnt even take our case but these were money hungry and didnt.
