First, Azucena Lorena is an amazing person. Second, she is an excellent professional that was envolved 100% on the cases of my sister and me. I remembered that she worked until on our case on weekends. We always be grateful with Azucena, she gave us all the instructions step by step to finally received the US permanent residence (green card). I recommend 100% the services by Azucena.

They are horrible at communicating and giving call backs. I have been waiting for a call back for two months. I have called multiple times, and they are always "unavailable". Save yourself the headache and hire a different law firm.

Do not go here the lady tried to charge me an arm and leg for service that she did not 100% guarantee! she didn’t even understand me in English, and asked me to speak Spanish so she could understand me. As she explained to me she did her career in her country and didn’t even have a license to represent me in here. A family member recommended me here and recently told me they regret trusting this location. They charged them 4 times and they didn’t even take their case serious and basically told them they can’t help them after they were charged 4 times

Este Lugar SE dedica a estafar personas que no saben de un Lugar mejor o están desesperados y sé aprovechan de ellos. El precio de El proceso es demasiado alto a comparacion con otros lugares similares que se dedican a procesos migratorios, y al ir por informacion, de manera deliberada, me otorgaron "herramientas" que lastimaron mi proceso. Yo pienso para que yo volviera y no tuviera otra opcion más que pagar lo que ellos pedían. Y la persona que nos atendió no sabía (o no quería) hablar en inglés, lo cual es bastante extraño para alguien que vive y litíga en Este país. No recomiendo para nada.
