Ive hired this firm for my court. One day before my firm i still dint knew who was going to represent me ! I had to call and they still told they would call they call in late. And even now that i still have a second court I've try getting in touch with my lawyer ive left messages, text and nothing !!. Their customer services is bad, when you call on the phone they either put you on a 15+ min hold or act like they don't listen/ understand what you saying then hang up.

I have been calling for 3 weeks and have left numerous voicemails and still no callback. I'm always told my voicemail and information will be put as urgent but I never see that makes a difference.
