Schuyler Elliot & Associates was referred to me by another attorney I trust. Schuyler's firm was able to stop a "blindside surprise forecloser" by a predatory lender that in my opinion should not be allowed to do business in the state of GA. I didn't have much time and was unsure if a sale on the courthouse steps was going to be preventable since the lender and their unsavory lawyer was sabotaging me at every turn. Needless to say, I am writing this "in my house" that did not get sold on the courthouse steps thanks to the work that Schuyler Elliot promptly did to prevent the sale .
