I have selected Mr. Elliott several times to address some legal needs. I highly recommend him. He excels on the key critical skills for the legality issues - based on the favorable outcomes and his passion for research. What sets Mr. Elliott a part, however, is his ability to compassionately explain legalities to someone like me who is not a legal expert. He was patient, very perceptive to my feelings and super respective. His ability to explain complex issues in an easy to understand manner is amazing and i find this unique about him. This personal added value was what helped me make some very difficult decisions. I trust Mr. Elliott and so appreciate his help.

Trying to speak with this person on the phone was a complete waste of time. First call: he was busy and said he would call back. He didn't. Second call: without knowing anything about my case, he insisted on making an appointment without even knowing if he was the right attorney for my case. Just when I was about to accept to see him, he hanged up on me, like he was in a hurry or something.

He's not just a great lawyer, Max is an incredible person who cares about his clients. He knows his clients by name and fights for each one in settlements or the courtroom.
