The Zimmerman law firm is excellent, a while back I was charged with some very serious charges from Forsyth County. They were all false but could have led to serious jail time due to the incompetence of the Forsyth Judicial System. That is for another blog I will be sending out about those incompetent knuckleheads. Anyway, Attorney, Zimmerman had all charges expunged. There were 3 felonies and 2 misdemeanors. The charges were expunged and suppose to have been erased due to Attorney Zimmerman and showing that I was innocent. Recently, I re applied for my concealed carry permit, It was denied due to Forsyth Co. had failed to erase the charges. I tried to contact Attorney Zimmerman but he was on vacation, The staff at the law firm got me in contact with Attorney Daniel Gholston, he immediately started working on how to resolve the incompetent botched error. Within a few days, he had resolved the situation and the charges were removed. Attorney Gholston was always polite as well as all the staff at Zimmerman Law Firm. Attorney Gholston was immediately on the error and persistent and diligent about getting this resolved. They did not charge me any extra fees. Excellent job, I work with several attorneys in my line of work, and have never been treated with the upmost courtesy and respect. From Attorney Zimmerman to Daniel Gholston, I can only say that if you are in a legal situation, this is the team to go to. I hope what happened to me, never happens to anyone. but unfortunately, the legal system is botched with incompetence.
