It was truly disappointing the way my husband and I were treated by the staff at this law firm. The amount of indifference is striking! The initial consultation was okay but my emails were never responded, even though I send multiple. I called several times and nobody could give a straight answer. We didn't feel cared for at all and I may add that I was recommended by a friend of Mr. Briceno. Do not recommend.

Not a very good experience. My appointment was at 4pm but I arrived there 15 to 20mins earlier. The receptionist was nice and requested me to fill up a form. I waited in the seating area after completed the form, While waiting I saw a few people walking in and out, approached the receptionist. None of them gave me an acknowledgement of my presence. Not a smile, not a hello, not a word of assurance that someone will attend to me shortly or applogize for the wait, Nothing of such. VERY DISAPPOINTING. This has been going on for 45mins. I find it rude. Doesn't matter whether this establishment has 5 stars, I didn't feel I was treated well. No people skills from the staff at all. I do not receive a positive first impression. I decided to walk out. I got my appointment confirmation via text and it is in Spanish. They assume I understand Spanish. That's another flaw. They called me back after I have left 20mins. No apology at all.
