VIVIAN!!! I had a complicated case and have been working with this firm for quite a while. Vivian was my final case manager and she got us to the finish line! She was so communicative, patient, kind, and encouraging. Truly committed to getting the client every penny possible, and an asset to her team. I'm so thankful I got to work with this firm, and especially with Vivian. I picked up my check yesterday and got to give her a hug and say thank you in person. I hope I never need you all again, but I will absolutely recommend you to anyone I meet who needs an accident attorney. This was a positive experience from start to finish, despite the circumstances.
