Most of the representatives have been helpful and pleasant at Coulter & Sierra. I've had 2 conversations with Julie and she has the personality of a gnat. She's rude, short and overall unhelpful. I realize that they collect outstanding debts BUT Julie should learn some customers service and to treat people with respect. People have various reasons and sreessors why they get behind on obligations. However, the collection of that debt should not add to the stress IF you want to resolve the account. It is unfortunate that one sour acting employee can taint the reputation of a solid company.

Mr. del Mazo gave me my son back and my life. He told me it was going to be a marathon and not a sprint. It took eight months of hard work, courage and faith but he helped me out with my divorce. I got custody of my son even in the face of all the lies that were told about me in court. To prove that custody was in my child's best interest I had to overcome a bitter, now ex-wife.
