I had gotten a cell phone ticket while operating a commercial motor vehicle. After doing some research online. I decided to use Attorney McIlhiney. It turned out to be the best decision I ever made. He was able to drop the charges to a basic rules,such that the ticket did not apear on my record or affect my CDL license. What was even more remarkable was how seamless the process was. All it took was just speaking to him once on the phone. I never had to meet up with him or show up in court. I signed and e-mailed the documents he requested from me. He delivered on everything he said to the letter and kept me updated after the court case. I highly recommend recommend him.

Thankfully her insurance NOR her drivers license will be affected by this ticket.
